Before the project – WM assists with real estate selection and project vision:
Our clients come to us with a specific vision in mind for development. This vision may be a need to expand their existing premises or to building a something completely new. Conscious of the fact that clients are facing many unknowns, we consider that in addition to the project we are working on, the client is simultaneously operating a growing company. As a design-build firm, we offer our clients an all-encompassing, client-focused service – looking at the unique needs of each business. If the client has existing property we begin with preliminary drawings, illustrating how the building will best fit on the property, guide them through the process making each stage as transparent as possible, then provide a detailed quote for the entire project. If there is a requirement for new property, or there is one of interest, we execute the same process with the option of modifying the design or assisting the client in finding a an alternative property that better suits their ideal design. Either way, the complete equation is presented – clients are confident they are getting exactly what they envisioned; and know how much it will cost with no unwanted surprises at the end.
Collaborative – WM utilizes practices of client inclusion:
We are a legitimate contractor with a proven track record and are equipped to submit pricing on projects that have been previously designed. Through a transparent process, we serve as a consultant, helping the client with the decision making for the remainder of the project. Our clients are welcomed to be as involved as they wish... as a matter of fact we encourage collaboration. We source competitive pricing, and assemble a sound proposal outlining the numbers; providing a level of confidence in what the client wants. Before the project starts we provide exactly what the project will entail, for a competitive price. We believe our achievements speak for our professionalism and fairness.
