Wesgroup Properties selected Wales McLelland to provide a Design Build package for the construction of this flagship project in their Gateway 200 - Business Park, an office and distribution facility for the Fraser Health Authority. We used tilt-up construction and our work also included site prep, custom millwork, and landscaping. The facility contains a 15,570 sq.ft. full service hospital pharmacy and 14,000 sq.ft of office space, the remaining 98,645 sq.ft. being warehouse space. Our team was able to successfully accommodate both user (FHA) input and design requirements to satisfy a short and aggressive construction schedule and complete the building on time.
