IKEA CDC Vancouver (also known as IKEA Hopewell Richmond), is a tenant improvement to the base building (Hopewell Building 4 Richmond). The tenant improvement encompasses the entire 330,000 sq.ft. shell space and includes just over 8,000 sq.ft. of Co-Worker Offices, 1,200 sq.ft. of Truck/Receiving Offices and multiple Server Rooms to house IKEA's IT and Network requirements to ensure the building operates at full capacity. The Warehouse portion of the building will include approx. 300,000 sq.ft. of racked space to allow ample space for product. The project site also includes a fully fenced truck court complete with security cameras and an entry guardshack for all trucks to check in/out.
