Wales McLelland was the Design-Build contractor for this 70,000 sq.ft. food production facility. The building includes a 3,000 sq.ft. freezer, a 4,600 sq.ft. cooler, and 17,000 sq.ft of office space. The production area includes its own 12,000 sq.ft. suspended concrete slab mezzanine, insulated wall panels to provide a clean working area, a trade waste-water filtering system, and four loading bays. The freezer has an insulated floor and glycol heating while exterior finishes include aluminum glazed windows, an EPDM roof membrane and a storm water retention system.
