Project Willoughby Town Centre – Building 2

Pollyco Group contracted our team at Wales McLelland to construct a mixed-use retail building in Willoughby, Langley's fastest-growing community. This 45,450 sq. ft. parcel included CRU steel structures, nine separate retail storefronts and a two-storey concrete structure parkade with 83 parking stalls. Following completion in 2018, the urban location featured several glass canopies, aluminum sunshades, and elaborate landscape designs, including various plants, green walls, aluminum planters, and hardscape brick pavers. This type of project was a Stipulated Sum.
