Wales McLelland was approached by the City of Esquimalt to aid in the construction of a new city hall and library. The building was to be the first of several revamping projects to help revitalize the city’s historic downtown. Wales McLelland provided management expertise in the construction of the building which was created next to the existing city hall. The intention behind the design of the building was to combine historic elements with a contemporary image.
