Wales McLelland was the General Contractor of the Beach Grove Golf Club. This two part building is situated in Tsawwassen, British Columbia. The staff building is approximately 2000 sq.ft. of floor space in a wooden structure facility with fiber cement board and batten cladding. The staff building includes office space, kitchen, lockers, and a dirty dry room. The second part of the building is the fuel station. It is a steel structure building on a concrete pad with a wooden roof. A third building to come in the near feature.
Demolition of existing wood framed structure and construction of new 2-storey clubhouse. Concrete foundation walls below and above grade. Exterior wall finishes include cultured stone, wood shingles and an aluminum storefront curtain wall. Wood shingle roof over the pro shop, concrete pavers over SBS roofing over the bag storage area. Roof structure is exposed glulam beams with wood decking. A cart path was built to tie the existing clubhouse to the new pro shop.
