16016 Fraser Highway

This project is a renovation of an existing 8,000 sq. ft. commercial facility. Wales McLelland will be building a new entrance for CIBC, installing a new brickface veneer to the building envelope, constructing new demising and partition walls, as well as a new roof, awnings, canopies and composite aluminum paneling. The scope of this work includes plumbing, heating/ventilation, electrical, paving, and landscaping.

Auto West BMW Showroom

Wales McLelland will be constructing an expansion to an existing auto showroom that will include tile floors and high-end lighting, as well as glass, aluminum and some Alucobond panels. It will also be necessary to tie into the existing geothermal loop for the mechanical systems.

BCGEU Kelowna

Wales McLelland will be the design-build contractor on this new 2 storey office building. Design features will incorporate wood, fascia brick, and glass curtain wall.

BFI Office Rennovation

Wales McLelland was chosen as the Design-Build team for the expansion and renovation of BFI's existing offices.

The building’s ground floor will be expanded from approximately 2,500 sq.ft., to 4,500 sq.ft. and will include the construction of additional office space replacing two existing service bays, plus the construction of a storage mezzanine. The existing lunchroom will be also be expanded and an open-concept dispatch/driver’s reporting area will be created.

Carter Motorsports

Wales McLelland is the general contractor for this tenant improvement project. The building, which will remain occupied during construction, is in close proximity to the property line and will require both interior and exterior work.

Fusion Flavour

This is a small tenant improvement project to create a small coffee shop and deli.Our work includes the construction of two washrooms, kitchen partition walls, as well as complete HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.

Gateway East KPMG

We are currently constructing a 3-storey retail and office multi-tenant building for Wesgroup Properties in their Gateway Business Park in Langley. It is being built using concrete tilt-up panels and will be finished with glass, aluminum, and exterior landscaping.

Morgan Crossing

Wales McLelland is currently engaged in the construction of a 2,550 sq.ft. shell building for a Famoso restaurant. Work will include a new sloped tile roof, stucco and brick veneer finishes as well as a green wall. Additionally, our work will include the construction of a steel and glass canopy around an existing entrance facade complete with brick veneer column cladding and composite aluminum panels at existing glazing.
