Wales McLelland will be constructing 5 high-end town homes in Port Coquitlam, each approximately 1600 sq.ft. over three floors. Interior finishes will include carpet, ceramic tile and hardwood floors, exterior finishes will consist of a combination of masonry work, hardi-plank siding, and asphalt shingle roofing.
Wales McLelland has started constructing a new 3-storey, 18,000 square foot data center for Global Relay. The building will be a 3-storey tilt-up building constructed on a pile foundation with structural steel columns and beams with open web steel joists. The electrical is designed to allow for full redundancy. The data center will also have a natural ventilated HVAC system.
Wales McLelland is currently building two basketball courts, and a lacrosse arena for the Langley Events Centre. Our work will include a lobby, offices, concession and ticket areas, as well as a 21,500 square foot mezzanine, and will contain acoustic wall panels and custom millwork.
Wales McLelland is the General Contractor for this tenant Improvement project. The new and improved facility will include dental stations with surgery chairs, a surgery room, a 70 seat auditorium and training room, a clean/sterilization room, an x-ray room, as well as patient preparation and recovery rooms. The client also chose to use luxurious finishes such as Italian ceramic tile, high-end lighting fixtures, and wood paneling.
