Chohan 30A Business Centre is Chohan Development Group first industrial development in Langley, offering two 2 storey buildings with a total of sq. ft. 122,255 SF first-class industrial and warehouse centre for lease. This building features 40’ clear ceiling heights and 14 dock loading. Wales McLelland has been brought on as the Construction Manager to finalize the design, perform value engineering, review design documents for constructibility, assist in obtaining the required permits, administer a competitive tender process and make award recommendations, and finalize the pricing prior to moving to construction.
