Project Choice Industrial Centre

Choice Industrial Centre is Choice Properties REIT’s first industrial development in Campbell Heights, offering a 353,476 sq. ft. first-class industrial distribution facility for lease. This building features 40’ clear ceiling heights and 55 dock loading and is set to achieve LEED Silver. This development required a substantial site preparation program to fill and prepare the site, as well as new offsite municipal road construction to support the development. As construction manager, Wales McLelland finalized the design, performed value engineering, reviewed design documents for constructibility, assisted in obtaining the required permits, administered a competitive tender process and made award recommendations, finalizing a fixed price prior to moving to construction.
