Project College of the Rockies

Wales McLelland constructed 20,000 sq.ft. of new and renovated space for this LEED Gold Certified building. Our work included the construction of a new main entry for this educational building that contains 17 components of higher learning space, most of which are student related. Future phase work will include landscaping, and the potential creation of a vehicular drop zone to tie the site to the existing roadway.
