Our Fourth Project for Wesgroup Properties
This was the fourth project Wales completed for Wesgroup Properties in their Gateway 200 Business Park in Langley. We used tilt-up construction to complete this three-storey multi-tenant retail and office facility. The building has insulated windows, while the exterior finishing includes decorative aluminum panels. The lobby was finished with ceramic and stone tile and wood veneers. We built the first and second floors without demising walls so the tenants could decide how much space they needed with the third floor being occupied entirely by KPMG.
