Project Hopewell Campbell Heights – Buildings 1-4

Wales was proud to be the construction partner for this fully leased multi-tenant industrial warehouse development. Our team was involved in the project from land purchase through to pre-construction, completing all four buildings.

These buildings offer tenants excellent flexibility starting at 23,100 sq. ft. The 8” reinforced slab is capable of a 20,000 lb single-leg racking load, 10,000 lb back-to-back racking load, and a uniform distributed load of 1000 lb/sq. ft. This facility is equipped with many significant features, including 32’ ceiling heights, 50’ concrete dolly pads in front of each loading area, and an ESFR sprinkler system to accommodate Class I-IV products. In addition, it boasts 35,000 lb hydraulic levellers, dock bumpers and seals, and a swing arm dock light installed at each door to aid building functionality.
