Wales McLelland constructed this state-of-the-art project, conveniently positioned within walking distance of public transit and a variety of retail stores in South Vancouver. Offering nearly 83,000 sq. ft. of space for rapidly growing industries, these light industrial units come equipped with grade loading and an extensive exterior design that services a growing number of businesses in the area.
