Rethinking Jordans Retail
The Jordans Home Retail Store is the fourth Jordans development constructed by Wales McLelland. This one-storey building is built on the former IKEA site in Richmond and is approximately 19,000 sq. ft. It has tilt-up panels for the exterior, structural steel for the interior, and has a structure in place to facilitate a future mezzanine. The showroom consists of 18,247 sq. ft. with a 19-foot-tall ceiling, while the staff lunchroom contains a commercial-style kitchen set up.
