Project Jordans Renovation – Victoria

Wales McLelland was chosen to complete this renovation of an existing building for Jordans Furniture. The building had been derelict for several years and, prior to our site work, we assisted the client in assessing the condition of the run-down building before it was purchased. Our work included the energy-efficient upgrade of all interior lighting, complete removal and replacement of existing glazing with new, more efficient, low e glass, as well as the repainting of the entire exterior and interior of the building.
