The Art of Retail Development
The Jordans warehouse was the third Jordans retail development built by Wales McLelland and was completed in 2011. It is a two-storey concrete-panel tilt-up building, sitting on a total of 263 piles with concrete roof panels and a cast-in-place foundation. The contemporary First Nations inspired architecture includes an eye-catching stepped-level storefront with extensive glazing and skylights. The entrance features a totem pole and a water feature, consisting of a concrete reflecting pool and fountain.
