The intent of this development is to build one (1) storey of industrial warehousing. Sustainability features prominently in this development, such as: water efficiency, energy and atmosphere performance to ensure Power Smart incentives, as well as material and resources efficiency through onsite recyclable collection programs aimed at reducing landfills. The site itself is home to existing light industrial activity and we are providing a development that also meets those needs. The overall development will comprise of nine (9) units, varying in size, and one (1) small commercial unit intended to be a cafe that will serve both the building occupants and neighbours. The development will be built utilizing concrete tilt-up construction with each unit containing two (2) loading docks and one (1) at grade. The entire warehouse ceiling height will clear 27’.
