A New Flagship Facility
Andrew Sheret Limited selected Wales McLelland to construct their new flagship Vancouver facility for the mechanical and plumbing wholesale retail supplier. Constructed using reinforced and insulated tilt-up panels, the building houses a 45,000 sq.ft. warehouse situated on two levels. This includes 8,800 sq.ft. for its retail operations, 2,500 sq.ft. of office space, and 3,800 sq.ft. dedicated to a showroom for their customers.
Purpose-Built for a Growing Customer Base
This facility features 32-foot clear ceiling heights in the warehouse and 10-foot ceiling heights in all other areas. The loading bays consist of two docks with high access, and an additional dock at grade. Located at 3625 East 1st Avenue in Vancouver, this flagship branch was intentionally constructed with a large parking lot to make it easier for Andrew Sheret Limited’s growing customer base to safely visit and load their trucks.
