This facility was the fifth project we were chosen to complete in the Gloucester Estates Industrial Park. This was a new state-of-the-art meat processing facility including freezer storage and accompanying offices. It was constructed using tilt-up concrete and structural steel and features architectural cast concrete walls and glazing. The building footprint is 24,272 sq.ft. with a gross floor area of 32,737 sq.ft. including a mezzanine and second floor. Altogether there is 31,902 sq.ft. of processing and storage space with the remainder being office space. Our work also included excavation and sitefill, millwork and landscaping.
