Project Andrew Sheret Lethbridge

Due to Wales McLelland’s successful build on their previous project, Andrew Sheret selected Wales McLelland as their client representative, to manage and oversee the building of their new state-of-the-art facility. Located in Lethbridge Alberta, this new project offers 25,000 SF of industrial space designed with structural steel beams and columns which support roof Q-deck. The exterior walls are precast concrete panels, with building foundations supported on piles, and the mezzanine is constructed by a concrete hollow core slab supported by steel beams. Wales McLelland partnered with Hopewell to build the new facility. Hopewell was acting as a general contractor with Wales McLelland providing subcontractor services during the course of this project. The building features 33’-6” ceiling heights with a total square footage of 25,000 SF.
