Current Project Captain’s Cove Marina

Wales McLelland is currently constructing this Captain’s Cove Marina new office and retail building along the waterfront on 5519 Admiral Street, Delta. The single-level building footprint is 14,303 SF on a 41,206 SF lot with 1 level underground parking of 71,880 SF that provides 199 underground stalls.

Daycare and cafe will also be the tenants to the building to serve the local community. The clock tower together with the extensive exterior amenity space surrounded the building will create a new landmark to the neighbourhood.
