This was a tenant improvement to a warehouse building originally built in the 1970’s. Our work included the demolition of the pre-existing office area to create parking for 34 cars and adding 7,000 sq.ft. of new office space to a portion of the existing warehouse. Other work included hazardous materials removal, new lighting, fire system upgrades, the addition of 2 storefront entries, a loading ramp, and 9 small windows for the new office areas. These windows were added to a portion of the pre-existing building and required reinforcing frames. The facility remained operational during construction.
