Wales McLelland was proud to be the Construction Manager for the multi-million dollar Porsche AG designed project, that officially opened in 2022. This new flagship Porsche Richmond Centre is one of North America’s largest Porsche dealerships with 75,000 square feet of space.

Driven by Design

The dealership has become BC’s first Porsche Centre to follow the brand’s new corporate architecture concept, Destination Porsche.  Porsche Centre Richmond reflects the brand’s heritage and innovation, and is designed to become a gathering place for the Porsche community. The four-level retail and service centre features Porsche’s curved building design and accommodates a full range of new vehicles. The facility also includes an expansive service and parts area with 15 service bays, a service drive-through and specialized delivery area, and a large new and pre-owned showroom.
