Choice Industrial Centre is Choice Properties REIT’s first industrial development in Campbell Heights, offering a 353,476 sq. ft. first-class industrial distribution facility for lease.This building features 40’ clear ceiling heights,55 dock loading, and is set to achieve LEED silver. This development requires a substantial site preparation program, required to fill and prepare the site, as well as new offsite municipal road construction is required to support the development. Wales McLelland has been brought on as the Construction Manager to finalize the design, perform value engineering, review design documents for constructibility, assist in obtaining the required permits, administer a competitive tender process and make award recommendations, and finalize a fixed price prior to moving to construction.
