This exciting project features 54,577 sq. ft. of new construction for a food manufacturing facility, including a warehouse, office, mezzanine, lunchroom, and four loading dock doors. The main floor is approximately 43,766 sq. ft., with 7,234 sq. ft. on the second floor, and 3,577 sq. ft. of mezzanine area. The ground floor features warehouse and office space (reception/lobby, production lunchroom, and coffee station), a cold room, a hot room, a wash area, a clean area, and a laundry room. Our preconstruction activities with this project included design development, permitting, and preloading.
