Project 188th Street Industrial Centre

Wales McLelland was working on behalf of BentallGreenOak to build this new state-of-the-art industrial centre with 2 buildings offering 343,000 SF, 79 dock doors,10 grade doors, 32’ clear ceilings, and 180’ truck court. Centrally located in Campbell Heights’ industrial hub, it provides close access to Highway 1, Highway 99, the border crossing, numerous restaurants, bus routes, and an affordable housing market. This project has an attractive functional design with ample natural light and high efficiency LED lighting that creates a welcoming interior and exterior feel. It’s loaded with 1600 AMP, 600 Volt, 3 phase electrical service per building, 383 parking stalls, ESFR Sprinklers, and 700 Lbs per SQ floor load capacity.
