Current Project IntraUrban Crossroads

Wales McLelland has been selected to provide preconstruction, site preparation and building construction services for PC Urban’s latest multi-building strata development, in one of the top and fastest growing locations in Surrey. The development will consist of three buildings totaling approximately 186,000 SF including 2nd floor mezzanine space over a net of just under 7 acres.

The buildings are fully demised into a maximum of 43 units and are a combination of at grade only loading and dock leveller height loading and serviced for future strata owners including washrooms, RTUs and demised common spaces. The façade features a combination of architectural treatments and articulation to provide a unique and on trend look, a signature of PC Urban’s developments. Significant offsite roads and services improvements are required to support the development along with substantial habitat restoration works.
