A Brand-Aligned Dealership Refresh
Returning for repeat client Auto West BMW, Wales McLelland was engaged to complete a 24,000 SF tenant improvement. The interior renovation brings the sales floor, parts department, washrooms, and vehicle delivery areas in line with BMW's corporate design standards through new tile flooring, upgraded lighting, and refreshed wall finishes, including custom millwork panels and textured concrete. The scope also included the assembly and installation of BMW's signature architectural fixtures, including the curved metal curtain and halo rings, as well as the construction of a new staff bullpen.
