Project Captain’s Cove Marina

Wales McLelland constructed the new Captain’s Cove Marina office and retail building along the waterfront on 5519 Admiral Street, Delta. The single-level building footprint is 14,902 sq. ft. on a 41,206 sq. ft. lot with one level underground parking of 71,880 sq. ft. that provides 199 underground stalls. The commercial tenants include a daycare and cafe serving the local community. The clock tower, together with the extensive exterior amenity space surrounding the building, creates a new landmark in the neighbourhood.
