Wales is proud to be the construction partner for this multi-tenant industrial warehouse development that has been fully leased. Our team has been involved in the project since land purchase through to pre-construction, and has turned over the first three buildings, with the final building nearing completion.
Made for the Future
These buildings offer tenants excellent flexibility starting at 23,100 sq.ft. and up. The 8” reinforced slab is capable of 20,000lb single-leg racking load, 10,000lb back to back racking load, and a uniform distributed load of 1000lb/sq.ft. With the 32’ ceiling heights, 50’ concrete dolly pads in front of each loading area, and an ESFR sprinkler system to accommodate Class I-IV products, this facility is equipped with many significant features. In addition to these, there are 35,000lb hydraulic levellers, dock bumpers and seals, and a swing arm dock light installed at each door to aid building functionality.
