Project Langley Events Centre

Wales McLelland was selected to construct a new lacrosse and basketball building for the Langley Events Centre. The existing facility needed to remain operational as we completed the construction of a new lacrosse arena as well as two new basketball courts with acoustical ceilings. The new facility includes four dry changing rooms, two wet changing rooms, one referee changing room, and a first aid room.

The main entry has double sliding doors that open to a lobby with concession facilities and a second floor mezzanine that will house a video and sound control booth. Additionally, we widened the existing road and added a sidewalk to provide better access to the Langley Events Centre and improve vehicle and pedestrian safety.
