Project Nutri-Nation Broadway

This exciting project will feature approximately 50,000 SF of new construction for a food manufacturing facility, including warehouse, office, mezzanine, lunchroom and four loading dock doors. The main floor will be approximately 43,766 SF, with 7,234 SF on the second floor and 3,577 SF of mezzanine area. The ground floor will feature warehouse and office space (reception/lobby, production lunchroom and coffee station). A future cold room, hot room, wash area, clean area, laundry room will all be installed on the ground floor as well. Our preconstruction activities with this project include design development, permitting and preloading.
