Multi-Tenant Industrial Facility
Wales McLelland is building this facility for a repeat client, Nutri-Nation, which will be the third project built together. The facility will be built using tilt-up construction with curtain wall glazing at the front. The modern light multi- tenant industrial units will range from 10,499 SF to 86,323 SF. Each unit has access at the front with a set of stairs to the mezzanine level, which features finished office space and a balcony. Overhead doors for truck access deliveries, as well as full-size loading docks with dock levelers and door seals, are situated at the back of the building.
Additional tenant-related provisions include installing a food waste line through the building so that the user can easily set a space up for food processing. The building also features insulated concrete tilt-up panels and a light- coloured roof to meet current building code standards. The parking lot incorporates a permeable paver water retention system to regulate the flow into the City storm system and to allow water to percolate back into the ground.
