Current Project PC Urban – Evolution

PC Urban contracted our team at Wales McLelland to assist in the design and deliver the construction of an industrial space for forward-thinking businesses. The IntraUrban Evolution building offers 104,000 sq.ft. over four-storeys of industrial and office strata.

Efficient floor plates with a variety of demising options and abundant glazing offer the flexibility for owners/tenants to create open workspaces. IntraUrban Evolution also features dock- and grade-loading doors served by a modern freight elevator system, ensuring superior access throughout the building. IntraUrban Evolution is all about enabling businesses to think outside the box. So with PC Urban’s vision in mind, we delivered a building with features that increase accessibility and creativity.
