An Industrial Urban Self-Storage Facility

This modern eight-storey storage facility was designed with a reinforced concrete pad-and-strip foundation, supported by reinforced concrete slabs and structural steel columns. Located conveniently near Downtown Vancouver, the building’s exterior features metal cladding, cast-in-place concrete, accentuated red steel framing, and a storefront curtain wall with double-glazed low-e glass. The second through seventh floors are dedicated entirely to unit storage. The eighth floor accommodates offices, while the main floor includes a small lobby, reception area, and additional storage space, bringing the total storage area to 68,953 sq. ft.
