Project Summit Industrial Warehouses

Wales McLelland partnered with Unite Capital Partners to construct two small bay strata industrial buildings, featuring 21 light industrial units. We also supported the project through site acquisition and the early planning stages. Each unit is complete with grade-level loading, 100 amp power service, mezzanine space, LED lighting, 22' clear ceiling heights, and end-of-trip shower and bike racks. Summit Industrial Warehouses is a new innovative workspace designed to attract and inspire creative thinkers and makers. Located in the heart of Squamish’s Business Park, it is surrounded by craft and culture.
