Wales McLelland continued to strengthen its relationship with PC Urban by constructing a 72,205 sq. ft. functional, ground-oriented, light-industrial space, tailored for operational efficiency and flexibility. This project offers affordable and traditional industrial space for small and medium-sized businesses.
