Current Project Industrial Business Park for Hungerford

Wales McLelland is currently assisting with preconstruction services to help develop this industrial multi-tenant business park for Hungerford Properties. Located off Mt. Lehman Road, in the epicentre of Abbotsford’s major transportation routes and minutes from highway 1, this Class A logistics and warehouse facility was designed and developed around logistics efficiency. Xchange Business Park will deliver approximately 1,050,000sq.ft. of new format concrete tilt-up buildings to the marketplace. Construction of phase 1 is expected to begin Spring 2020.
