Current Project Hungerford Xchange Business Park

Wales McLelland is assisting with construction services to help develop this industrial multi-tenant business park for Hungerford Properties. Located off Mt. Lehman Road, in the epicentre of Abbotsford’s major transportation routes and minutes from Highway 1, this Class A logistics and warehouse facility is designed and developed around logistics efficiency. Xchange Business Park delivers approximately 972,268 sq. ft. of new format concrete tilt-up buildings to the marketplace. The project is in progress with Building 3 nearing completion.
