K-Bro Linen Systems has a contract to clean, sort, and ship linens for the majority of hospitals in the Lower Mainland. So having a facility that was equipped for the job was crucial. That’s why they contracted Wales McLelland for their tenant improvement.
Building on our Past Success
The project was completed in one of the Oxford Riverbend Business Park buildings – a building that Wales McLelland constructed. It included 136,500 sq. ft. of floor area and 18,350 sq. ft. of office/support areas.
