Project Point Grey Golf & Country Club

This project consisted of the demolition of an existing wood framed structure and the construction of a new two storey building in its place. The concrete foundation walls were built both above and below grade and the roof structure consists of glulam beams with wood decking.

Rain Screen was applied to the exterior walls and wood shingles cover the Pro Shop; other exterior finishes include cultured stone and aluminum storefronts and curtain wall. We also installed concrete pavers over SBS roofing over the bag storage area, a glass canopy on the east side of the building, and created a cart path to tie into the existing Clubhouse.
