Job Description

This project is for a new multi-tenant distribution and manufacturing facility with ancillary o ces. It will have a footprint of 42,573 sq.ft. and be built using concrete tilt-up construction on a reinforced concrete pad and strip foundation. The building will total 48,942 sq.ft. with 10,656 sq.ft. of o ce space and the remaining space divided evenly between warehouse and manufacturing functions. The warehouse will have 26’ clear heights and 13 docks; the o ces will be nished with carpet, tile, vinyl, and custom millwork; and exterior windows will be custom colour baked enamel with tinted double glazing. Our work also includes landscaping and the creation of vehicle and bicycle parking.
