Before we could begin construction of this food production and distribution facility it was necessary to raise the footprint by one foot. The building includes 8,800 sq.ft. of office and mezzanine space, a 900 sq.ft. cold room, a 12,000 sq.ft. hot chocolate room, 9,200 sq.ft. of production area including a concrete slab mezzanine, a 900 sq.ft. roof top patio, and a future tenancy area of 3,800 sq.ft.. Interior finishes include carpet and ceramic flooring in the office area.
